PHNOM PENH: The retail price of regular petrol in the Cambodian market has dropped by 50 riel to a new price of 5,250 riels per liter, while the price of diesel remains the same at 5,300 riel per liter.

According to an announcement made by the Ministry of Commerce on Friday, 1 April, gasoline will be sold at the above stated prices from 1-10 April 2022.

The Ministry of Commerce states that the price of gasoline in Cambodia is determined by the international market only.

It is noteworthy that the new stated price represents a slight decrease in the price of regular gasoline for the first time since a series of increases began in January 2022.
